By accessing or using Archetype AI ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

Archetype AI is a personality and career analysis tool that uses artificial intelligence to generate insights about professional traits, culture fit, and career paths. All analysis is generated by the MiniMax API (MiniMax-M2.5 model) and is intended for informational and self-development purposes only.

3. No Professional Advice

The analyses, career suggestions, and personality profiles generated by Archetype AI are not professional psychological, career, or therapeutic advice. They are AI-generated insights meant to stimulate self-reflection. Do not make major life or career decisions based solely on Archetype AI results.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or abuse the AI API
• Submit content that is harmful, offensive, or violates the rights of others
• Use the Service to evaluate or profile individuals without their knowledge or consent

5. Intellectual Property

All content, design, and code comprising the Archetype AI interface are the property of Archetype AI and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. The AI-generated analysis results produced for you during your session are yours to use for personal, non-commercial purposes.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of any AI-generated analysis. AI models can make errors and produce inconsistent results.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Archetype AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service or reliance on any analysis results.

8. Third-Party Services

The Service relies on the MiniMax API for AI analysis. Your use of the Service is also subject to MiniMax's terms of service. We are not responsible for the availability or accuracy of third-party services.

9. Accounts and Your Data

Creating an account is optional. If you sign up, you are responsible for keeping your password secure. You may delete your account at any time from the dashboard; deletion removes your account details and account-linked data. Assessment results you saved on this device can be removed by clearing your browser's site data. See our Privacy Policy for details on what we store and how to erase it.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. The "last updated" date reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
